Dr. Sterling grew up in Chicago and graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Her graduate studies led to a Doctor of Naprapathy degree from the National College of Naprapathic Medicine and both a Bachelor's in Nutrition and a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine -- all with high honors.
She is licensed and Board-certified in Acupuncture and Naprapathy and practices holistic medicine in Illinois, believing strongly in the value of the annual physical exam, timely risk assessment, and proactive intervention.
